Eliminate Author name in report

Hi All,

I am working with BI7 Bex. When I refresh standard queries I am getting author name .last changed by etc ....( belongs to SAP ) How to hide that data not to be displayed in Query.

Hello,

You have to save your query as workbook and delete unwated rows and save again.

so, when you execute the WB again, you will not see those unwated rows.

Hi Krishna,

After refreshing try to delete the rows which you dont want to show up from excel and refresh again. Tell me if you still see those details.
