Hello SAP Community,
I am currently working in a client environment where ECSC-AskHR is set up in the Neo environment, and Workzone is set up in the Foundry environment. The client has knowledge base documents in Workzone that they want to access via AskHR. Additionally, they want to create a tile in Workzone to be able to create a ticket in ECSC-C4C.
Given that these two applications are set up in different subaccounts (Neo and Foundry), is it possible to set up principal propagation between them? I have tried to set up trust between these two subaccounts and configure the destination as per the guide, but I have not had any luck.
Has anyone in the community successfully implemented this kind of setup? Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
