ECC 6.0 Gets ITS Dump "ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND"

SAP HR Personnel Time Management Timesheet issue.

We currently are running SAP 4.5B and connect to ITS version 6.2, to run transaction/service CATW in our SAP environment.

We have upgraded to SAP ECC 6.0 and would like to continue to use ITS or implement the NetWeaver/WAS ICF service CATW.

When we test the CATW service using tcode SICF, we receive a dump indicating the 'ITS_TEMPLATE_NOT_FOUND'. The missing template appears to be 'SAPLSMTR_NAVIGATION'.

Do you have any direction on where we can find this template, or is there a different way we can use ITS to bring up the SAP Timesheet ?

Hello Mike,

Have you published the SYSTEM, WEBGUI, IAC, CATW, and other related Internet Services using SE80 to the Integrated ITS?

If so you should check the trace files in SM50 for the template that is missing. If that does not help you could set ~generateDynpro 1 in the CATW Gui Configuration button in transaction SICF to see what the SAP HR system is trying to display.

I am in the similar situation as Mike.

I have published SYSTEM, WEBGUI, CATW and are many others like IAC_HTML, IAC_TREE but i am still facing the same error.

I tried with other options too, but doesn't helped much.

Can u please guide me how to fix this problem.
