E-mail inbound doesn't work

Hi All,

I'm trying to configure the incoming email to Solman for incident management.

I'm following the guide:

when I run the inbound maul test in the SCOT an error occurs in the workflow: 64626(Sub)workflow English ERMS1 WS0020In trace workflow 0068 EXIT_PROCESSING: No Exits Found. I attach the trace log.

I tried to follow the note 1846041 but I could not solve the problem.

Can you help me?
