E-Kanban(PK13N/PK21) set Kanban Container on full with batch number

Hello,

SAP kanban with replenishment strategy for external procurement and batch managed components is currently not possible.

Error message is displayed, when the kanban status was set to full that a batch number must be insert for the batch managed component. There’s no possibility to select one entry or enter the batch number at the kanban board.

Kanban control cycle is created for material XXXX. Replenishment strategy external procurement 0007- Summarized JIT calls (w/o summary). Scheduling agreement is also defined for the vendor in the sap system.

Bill of material for different components (batch / none batch managed) is defined and released in plant XXX.

Stock of this materials is provided to the vendor and can be displayed with transaction ME2O.

With the goods receipt posting (set status green in the kanban board) of the produced material, the stock of the provided components needs to be reduced.

Goods movement of the material with movement type 543 will be done automatically with the goods receipt posting for none batch managed components, but for the other ones an error message is displayed

Material:3918792B not batch number

When you click the container and set to full->

Error Message:

CS03

Material: 3918792B

Material 39188019 needs a batch number.
