Dynamic Date Filter Issue in a Story Based on Live Connection Model [SAC]

Hi all, we are trying to create a story using the ACTIVITY_LOG model which is a live model within SAC that is used to show info in the system overview.

Using this model as base, we created a story(2.0), in it we have a table, measures and dimensions from the model were selected and data is displayed, but when the date filter is set using "Date(Range)", no data is visible, were as when a date filter is set using "Date(Member)" data is visible, so is there any limitation in setting a range date filter when the story is based on a liver model. What we wanted was to set the filter for date dynamically to show the previous 30 days of data using the system date as the base.

Any help in this regard would be greatly appreciated.

Hi akhilgs,

when adding the Date (Range) filter I experienced the same problem when using the 'Date (Range)' parent note. However, when expanding the node and choosing the child 'Date (Range)' filtering works as expected. Does that work for you?

Hi @eeddggaarr it worked, expanding the Date(Range) and then selecting range again works, I don't know why it is like that but it works, thank you very much, have set your reply as the answer.
