Dunning related workflow

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement of intimating the legal department that the payment reminder that is dunning has reached the final level,i have 3 level dunning,when the third level is reached need to inform user(legal department) which is internal to his external mail id that this customer has due on payment and take legal action.the detals that need to present in the mail are amount due ,from when all the detals that are present in the dunning form.

There is no event or business object for this scenario ,If BTE is the way which is the most appropriate BTE event for this scenario.

I am not sure of the exact BTE.

May be this will work without BTE.I will try other options too.
