Goto the error analysis for more details and then navigate from there to check, or provide more details from there

As you can see, it's a standard program (SAPLFWTH not starting with Z or whatever), so check the SAP notes or contact the SAP support.

More specifically, the string '*0' is not a number so there is an input issue of some kind, but you'd need to trace where the invalid input originates from.
