DSU Error in Initialzation Phase

I am receiving this error as soon as I started the EhPI tool.

Error while creating request list - see preceeding messages. More than one system directories found on the local host: E:\usr\sap\BWD and E:\usr\sap\DAA

No logs were generated. The DAA is my Solution Manager diagnostics which I could easily un-install but I would like to find a better solution for the future.. My environment is Windows 2008 R2.

Hi,

I think, you should stop diagnostics on server and temporarily move DAA out of E:\usr\sap directory. In this way you will not need to uninstall it.
