Dears,

We are in the mid of completing the Explore-->Realization phase and when we added the StatusUpdateRequest and tried to deploy, suddenly the CIG failed in connection test. The relative HTTP connection test failed with the following precondition text.

HTTP/1.0 412 Precondition Failed

Content-Type: text/plain

Content-Length: 144

date: Wed, 27 Oct 2021 10:56:50 GMT

server: cig-edge

x-vcap-request-id: 91030a78-2c69-41ee-75cb-4f36edb0af9b

strict-transport-security: max-age=31536000; includeSubDomains; preload;

Documents of Organization ANXXXXXXX-T are blocked as there are deployment failures in the destination systems. Please contact Ariba Support.

Since ours is DSN deployment and we have a limited support from SAP Ariba. While we wrote to Ariba and await the direction to fix this error, Is it possible to analyse the test and offer a solution or insights? Attached are the relative screen captures to depict the issue.
Thanks and regards.
Venkateshh.

Dear Jayasankar

Ask your basis team to check the following.

1. Revisit Cloud connector settings especially the Port. Port numbers should sync with that of CIG.

2. Activate all the relevant services in S4HANA. Tcode: SICF

Hope you will be able to fix the issue.

Thanks and regards.

Hi Venkatesh,

Thank you for your response. I contacted the Basis team on the CIG port numbers, and they confirmed that they had completed this point. Moving on to SICF, when we select 'Hierarchy Type' = 'ALIAS,' we can see the following paths: /sap/bc/srt/xip/arba/documentstatusupdaterequest/100 /sap/bc/srt/xip/arba/dsptchddelivnotifms

However, the CIG Inbound to SAP is still failing. If you don't have mine, could we meet once in Gamil at'meet.google.com/iia-ofud-bdv'? Please let me know when you are available. Thank you very much.

Thanks & Regards,

Jay
