Drop down is not working in WEB GUI

Hi,

We have a SAP GUI screen with drop down in it. This works perfectly fine in the GUI screen. But, when i open it in the Web GUI, this is not working. I can see the drop down values but, when i select any value the event is not triggering and hence the PAI module.

We have logic to fill certain other fields in the screen, based on the value selected in the drop down. WEB GUI is not triggering the events after the drop down selection so, the functionality is not working.

Also, if i select drop down values more than once, it gives the error message as below.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Dear Muttu,
in most cases "Backend error occured" issues can be resolved with a kernel update to the latest patch available as outlined in KBA 2165379.
You might want to test the affected screen from one of your sandbox systems as outlined here.
