We have 38 keyfigures in the report. Every time when we open the report all the 38 key figures are getting displayed. Whenever the report is opened, we want only 10 key figures to be displayed as default and remaining we wanted to be as like the free characteristic optio

Hi Pooja,

You can achieve this by "Level down" option.

select you key figure & take level down option

Hi Pooja,

It is like drill down option.

take a keyfigure which you dont want to show in default view. select that keyfigure & take level down

in query report it will shows when open the main node then only the kyf will display.

Hi Pooja,

Go to Key Figures Property -> Display -> Hide can be shown.

This will hide the key figures which you dont want to show by default.

Then after executing the query you can right click on key figures and select filter value and select the ones you want to see.
