Downloading IBM MQ 9.3 client libraries compatible with SAP PO 7.5

You can Download IBM MQ 9.3 libraries from IBM website or IBM Passport Advantage. I think the following link is the one you need: WebSphere, IBM MQ (9.3.0.0, All platforms) 
However I would note that from SAP Side we cannot comment more on  the most stable version of those libraries an the secure url to download them as this is a third party product. Therefore I recommend you to get in touch with your IBM MQ vendor for the same.
Regarding the compatibility with your PO system, you need just to ensure that the downloaded libraries are compatible with JRE 8 (build with JDK 😎 as your SAP PO 7.5 is running on JRE 8. You can find this in the IBM MQ documentation or ask for confirmation from IBM vendor.
