Download link for 'SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio (SP37) 64b' returns '403 Forbidden'

I'm logged in to SAP, trying to use the download link for 'SAP Crystal Reports for Visual Studio (SP37) 64b installation package for Microsoft Visual Studio IDE (VS 2022 and above)'.

Instead of a download, I get a page stating:
403 Forbidden
Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2

Problem solved by copying the hyperlink to a Brave browser instead of Chrome.
Strange, but I don't argue with success.

Solved this problem by using other browsers such as Edge and Firefox
