Is there an official link to download SQL-Anywhere on Linux Machines (X86-X64 and ARM)?
We have OEM License since years but we use it only on windows machines, is it possible to use the same license for Linux installations?
Moreover, is there a developer installer for Linux machines?

You can download Linux Patches from the same location as where you obtain your Windows patches. See the following 2297839 - How to download a patch for SAP SQL Anywhere for a more detailed instructions.
SQL Anywhere patches on v12.0.1 and later can be used to perform an initial install or to update an existing install. Additionally, the install defaults to the Developer Edition if you do not provide a registration (license) key.
