Hi,
I am using a trial account in US10 region. The first step of the exercise for downloading agent 3 just hangs.
I have already assigned three roles ProcessAutomationDeveloper, ProcessAutomationAdmin and ProcessAutomationParticipant to my user. The following screen print is showing what I am facing (the tree circles)
