Dont getting the Fiori Administration Launchpad Password

Hello everyone,

I have created an ABAP instance on our BTP.

Also i created a Service Key for this instance. 

Now i want to access the Fiori Administrator Launchpad. In the Launchpad i must login, but the Problem is that i dont get any passwort by mail. I only get a email where is written a information:

I tried to use the Client Secret key in the Service key, but this also dont works.

Can anyone help me, where i can get the passwort for the Administrator Launchpad?
