DOMAIN using UNIT data type

I created a DOMAIN using UNIT data tye. I want to give value range and want to create help while creating entries and at selection screen help. How to do it?

Why don't you reuse the domain MEINS, or even the eponymous data element MEINS?

MEINS is based on the data type UNIT. I wouldn't create a domain. Instead, to achieve your requirement, I would create a Help View on the tables T006 and T006A with a filter on your list of unit measures (column MSEHI), and a Search Help on this Help View, then link your selection screen field to this Search Help.
