I am trying to directly read (and import as a remote table) a table from a PostGIS database via JDBC connection in SAP Datasphere. This table contains geographical information stored in a column with the **Geometry** data type.
However, when I attempt to access the table, I encounter an error. I would like to know:
- Does SAP Datasphere support reading tables that include a Geometry attribute?
- Even if I do not intend to use this column, is it still a blocker for accessing the table?
Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated.
