Does SAP Cloud Platform Document Service Proxy Bridge Need JAVA Quota?

Hi,experts.

We have purchased the sap cloud platform document service.

And we want to access it from our SAPUI5 App deployed in the sap cloud platform,so we need to deploy a proxy bridge(JAVA Servlet).
Here is the question. Does the "Proxy Bridge" need additional JAVA Quota ?
