Does SAP Cloud ALM for Implementation require a special licenses or agreement?

Hi,

We have activated SAP Cloud ALM for monitoring (Operations). We would like to extend the same for Project creation and Transport management (Implementation). 

Is there any additional license required for Project configuration and Transport management system configuration. If license required, then what kind for license is require. Pls clarify.

Any Customer number that is entitled to an SAP Cloud ALM tenant is able to make use of its full suite of functionality without any additional requirements. This includes both the Operations functionality (monitoring, metrics, alerting, etc.) and the Implementation functionality (Project Management, Feature deployment, Testing, etc.). No additional licenses are required to make use of specific functionality of SAP Cloud ALM.
