Does Custom Hierarchy work in Design Studio?

Does the custom hierarchy (compact display in rows) option work when the Analysis report is migrated to Design Studio?   We plan on using Design Studio to take Analysis for OLAP reports mobile and want to confirm this feature still works.  Our customers are very excited about this feature.

You can not configure it in Design Studio itself but you should be able to leverage it when you configure it in the Bex query

The "custom hierarchy" is something we do in Analysis for OLAP.  I don't think this feature is available in BEX Query.  In the Analysis for OLAP report I can take report

and convert to this

by clicking the Display Tab->Hierarchy->Compact Display in Rows menu option.

Just want to confirm when we take the Analysis view (or however it works) to Design Studio this feature still works.

Hi Kevin,

I just ran a quick test and it works as desired. If you compact the axis in A-OLAP, it will be reflected in Design Studio. You'll see a screenshot below that illustrates the end result in Design Studio, where I compacted two dimensions into one on the rows.
