Does anyone know why after deploying the app to workzone, the view looks different?

Hey guys, 
Can anyone tell me why when testing the application directly from BAS I have a more centralized view with spaces on the left and right as shown in the purple arrow below?

When deploying the same app in the Work Zone, the screen view changes, losing these side spaces.

Does anyone know how to solve this and leave these side spaces?

To solve the problem, just change the fullwidth parameter
