Hello Community,
I am currently setting up SAC and would like to use the workspaces to clearly separate different departments. Additionally, I want to restrict permissions for private files so that work can only be done in public files.
I have now noticed that when the permissions for private files are removed, there are no files left in the workspace. I assume that a workspace functions like private files. Is that correct?
As a solution, I am left with the option of defining custom roles for the workspace teams, right?
Best regards,
Niels

It's very confusing indeed.
But if you navigate from the 'System' folder (need manage files permission) towards the workspaces file area, you can create a new folder outside of the users folders & share it with workspace members/teams. Then it behaves like a public folder.
