Hello Everyone!
I am new to SAP and I am currently looking for guidance on this issue I have been having. The documents I print for BOLs + COAs are being printed to the wrong office. I have seen someone post about this and the solution was to change the output device in my user profile to LOCL. I did that and the results were the same. In my windows setting the printer default is set to my own printer, and originally in SAP the Output device was my printer, yet it was still printing to the other office. I have spoken to my IT team and I was told that this could be a SAP issue and that they could only assist me on the actual printer itself. Any advice would be appreciated.
