Documents are not cancelling, but they are pending in draft

Dear Expert,

There are two issues we are facing which need your guidance.

1. We are unable to update rejected documents. What could be the reason? We have already updated the General setting and Approval template. Attached error screenshot.

2. How to write SQL query for approval for updating approved document. > After updating the document should again go for the approval.

Please verify if point 1 in SAP Note 2727128 will resolve your issue. If not, please create incident using component SBO-ADM-APS
