Document Information Extraction - XML File Support - Error E30

Hello everyone, 

I am trying to process XML Invoices via SAP Document AI. According to the documentation, filetype XML is supposed to be supported for invoices. When trying to upload XML Files via the Web-UI, an Error-Message is shown, describing "Error: Files of this filetype can not be processed (Code: E30).

After further inspecting the network traffic, HTTP RC 415 - Unsupported Media Type is returned for Content type text/xml.
Can somebody assist here? Already tried multiple different Instances & XML Files.

Hi JStrobl,

sorry, this appears to be a bug. We will provide a fix for it in our next regular release (will be in production in end of April/early May).

Hi JStrobl,

sorry, we still need a bit more time to fix it. Please note, though, that the XML support only applies to Excel XML files (see also https://help.sap.com/docs/document-information-extraction/document-information-extraction/supported-...). Hope that is what you are testing. If, however, you are looking for other XML files to be supported, please let us know.
