Hi,
We are trying to enable the Document Grounding feature for Joule, but when we go to the Joule subaccount in our BTP and try to add the Document Grounding assignment, it does not appear.
We already confirmed with our Account Executive that we have the necessary AI units
Any suggestions on how to fix this?
