Do I need to submit an EWA with my CQC application?

Dear Expert

I would like to know when to submit my PERSON_NAME report in relation to my CQC application.
In “DIGITS Apply for Continuous Quality Check (CQC)” I am applying for CQC. I contacted you because I was asked to do the PERSON_NAME report questions on this incident with the SV-SMG-SER- PERSON_NAME component.

Dear customer,

It is not mandatory to submit the report, it is decided by customer.

If you want to setup Self-Service Session, please refer:
2792789 - How to create a Self-Service Session in SAP Solution Manager 7.2 

If you want to SAP Delivery Session, please create case under SV-BO-REQ.
