In the tool bars you will see a sort order icon, click on that and remove any sort orders imposed.

Alternatively, add filelds in Col 1 and 2 into the sort expert and reassert the sort order.

Hi Ian,

Thank you very much for your response.

I tried with the option given by you. Its not working.

As i said my report Contains

Page header

Detail A

Detail B

Detail C

Page Footer

Sorry i dont know much abt Crystal Report.

My observation with this report is

I am doing Report to Dsiplay the Daily Stock of all Clients.

In SQL prompt , Order of the repcords is getting displayed like

Detail A record first and then Record of Detail B and Detail A record first and then Record of Detail B

and then Group C (Sum of all above) for each cleint.

While coming into Cyrstal report.. It is displaying the All clients Detail A section first and the Detail B and Finally Detail C

Please help on this.. How to display as like the SQL query returns to report.

Please show actual query. and sample of data.

Are you using this query in a crystal command or are you trying to replicate in Crystal by joining relevant tables?

Hi Ian,

Thank you very much.

There is a mismatch in ordering columns in Procedure and the query which i used to check.

Now corrected the ordering list in Procedure.

Its working fine..

Thanks a lot for your help
