Display Header and Item together On create Function on Unmanaged Transactional App

Hi Everyone,

We are Implementing an Unmanaged Transactional App for Creating Sales Orders. And we are looking for a way to display the Header and the Item Facets together for Input on the click of Create Function.

Could anyone help us in achieving this Functionality.
