Disk space sizing to SAP RISE

Hi experts,

       I would like to check if there is any documentation/URL that specifies the corresponding disk space allocated when RAM is determined for the customers onboarding to SAP RISE private cloud. From Services Description Guide, I can see the T-shirt sizing of RAM based on FUE. However, I do not see the corresponding disk space allocation. Example: T-shirt sizing of XS, 256 GB RAM, choice of hyperscaler is AWS.
