We are running SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.2 SP09 Patch 16 and are trying to install SAP BusinessObjects BI 4.3 SP04 Patch 7 but we get the error "Disk space check" fails even though we have way above free disk space. We found an error log where it says:
10:53:32.942 [Prereq] Available space in Disk:0
10:53:32.942 [Prereq] Required Disk space:13824000
10:53:32.942 [Prereq] Error: CheckDiskCost is unable to find the free disk space
So we are thinking that the check is checking somewhere else. How can we make sure that the check really are checking the disk we are making the installation on?
