Discussion Tab in Infoview?

Discussion tab in Infoview.

-In the new Webi report I wrote a simple message in Discussion tab which is on BOXIR2 SP3 server.

-I have migrated that report to BOXIR2 SP4 through import wizard, when i opened the same report i am unable to see that same message in the Discussion Tab, Could you please let me know why iam unable to migrate or see that message. Is it a bug or behaviour?
