disaster recovery server

we are using sap s4 hana 2021 with hana databse with 110 gb ..

what are the perquisites to create a replication server which we can use/Switch  in Emergency situations?

Physical server config should be Same ?

The secondary should be sized the same as primary, but their may be scope to use the resources on secondary as described in
