Disabling workflow email notifications

Hi gurus,

One of my users is no longer approving timesheets. therefore, he would like that he stops getting emails from Workflow for him to approve timesheets. The workitems are all blank which is odd.

Any ideas to help in stopping the emails from being sent to the affected user?

Thanks in advance.

Have a look at my earlier post.

A friend suggested to click on the link, click on Save & Update then finally on Completed. This should, in theory, stop the notifications. Will only know next Monday since the user with the problem only gets it on Mondays.

Rick,

The user has been relocated from place to another, thus, he no longer needs to approve times. But he doesn't want to receive notifications such as

Subject: Approve Time Records / User

They're blank because there are there's no description in the email.

How do I go about to eliminate the user from the agent list? I used SWDP but I couldn't go any further.

Hello,

Who is sending the email, the workflow system (aka WF-BATCH)?

How often do they arrive? You could look in SWIA to try to match the times of the workflow steps to the mail.

Hi

Please remove the email address of the user from SU01D transaction code.

Also check whether he has workitems in his inbox from SWI5.

If yes try to find from workflow log why he is receiving and eliminate from the agent list.

Thanks

Hello,

Are you talking about workitems, or emails?

if they're blank, how do you know where they're from?

If it's obvious which workflow they're from, check the workflow log via SWIA and see why that user is being chosen.
