Disable "register" button SAP Cloud identity services

Hello,

We are configuring test tenant of Custom IAS, to start to use it on BTP services, we just saw that there is enable the account self registration button, and we want to disable it, could you guide us to perform that?

Please use the setting in the following link to configure the application to restrict access to specific users only:

You have set to "Public" so you can see Register button on logon page. If you would like allow existing users only to logon, please change the setting to "Internal".
