Disable posting date in sales order for changes

Hi everybody,

For a sales order, the posting date can be adjusted to a date in the past. Can this field be completely blocked somehow so that it cannot be adjusted manually?

I am aware of the UI Configuration Tool but it does not work properly 9 out of 10 times.

I don't see anything under General Authorisations to block this field from changes.
