Hello Experts,

We have scenario where we need to pull the data from SFTP server (internal) ,SFTP team has place the files but we are unable to read the files and gettting the Directoey under file path returned 2.This includes directories and link.

Can you please suggest what could be the issue ?

Hi Saikumar,

SFTP adapter in SAP PO is only reading files from the selected directory, it is not searching subdirectories. You need to enter each subdirectory from which you want to fetch files in the configuration.

thanks for the quick response,

we have given the complete file path , including sub Paths even then we are unable to pull the files

Also the user id has all the READ, WRITE, DELETE access

is there any other setting that we need check?

Could you please provide screen shots of your configuration? You could use wrong name filter for example. Also if the files are empty there is setting to ignore such files.

You can try to use .* in the filename it should take all files in the chosen directory.
