We have upgraded our sandbox system from SP02 to SP07. We request you to kindly let us know what changes are covered in SP07 and which modules are affected by upgrading to SP07.

Take SAPKE608B9 for example, please do this way:

https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/softwarecenter/support/index
=> where you download support package
in top, search SAPKE608B9
=> you will see the result
=>click Related Info=>content info, shown in screnshot
=> you will see all details, for example, what kind of fixed provided.
But there is no where to show which kind of issue in SAPKE608B9 may occur, such kind of information will normally delivered via different note individually.
