Differences between SAP ECC and S/4 HANA in Customer Service Module

Hello experts.

I am a novice to SAP and I want to know several things about SAP ECC and S/4 HANA in Customer Service Module.

About Customer Service Module

With the change from ECC to S4HANA, the Customer Service Module is now more tightly coupled with S/4 HANA itself, rather than with the SFA.

  • What changes have been made to the ERP function, the Customer Service Module function, and the SFA function as a result of this change?
  • How has the content of the Customer Service Module itself changed?
  • What changes have been made to the internal logic, system behavior, etc., and what are the effects of these changes?
  • What are some of the things in the Customer Service Module that were not possible in the ECC, but can now be done with S/4 HANA?
  • On the other hand, is there any thing in the Customer Service Module that was possible in the ECC but is no longer possible in S/4 HANA?
