Differences between objectlist in CustomCodeLibrary and DecomissioningCockpit

Dear SAP support, 

we are using SAP CustiomCodeManagement on Solution Manager 7.2 SP13 FPS.

1: There are some objects in CCM, which are shown as CustomCode in the object list of the CCM Library, but not shown in the DecomissioningCockpit.

What could be the cause for this behavior?

2: There is a functionality called "Backup Transport" for exporting obsolete objects with multiselect option.

Is there also a functionality for deleting obsolete objects via the Solution Manager?

Regarding the question 1:
Can you confirm if a decommissioning project was created in the decommissioning cockpit according to the below KBA?
##3023133 - Best Practice: How to create a Decommissioning Analysis to identify unused objects

Regarding the question 2:
Within the Custom Code Management features of Solution Manager, you can identify, analyze, and act upon obsolete objects. After "Backup Transport", you can manually delete the obsolete objects in the managed system. There wasn’t a fully automated deletion feature for obsolete objects within Solution Manager.
