Difference in AP Report and Ledger Reconciliation

Dear Experts,

     We have found that, for same vendor, there is difference balance due

1. Aging report for same document showing (176321.040)

2. In Ledger statement showing Balance due 9372.00

Vendor is having single currency that is INR.

Please let us know the reason for the same.

Hi,

Without screenshot of the selection criteria of both the reports, the actual situation cannot be determined. Are you running the Aging Report on a backdate? If yes, have you checked the 'Display Vendors with Zero Balance'.

Share or check the selection criteria as a basic check.

Dear Experts, We are not running the report on a back date. We are checking as on date.
