Hi All ,
I know that SAP Fiori app works with the SAP Netweaver gateway, But i have to develop an app only using sap hana studio (UI) and sap hana (DB).
I know that i have to use SAP UI5, but my question is if i develop using ui5 then it is termed as a fiori app or Fiori-Like app ?
Kindly share your suggestions.
Thanks in advance.

The difference between a Fiori and a Fiori-like app is quite simple: Trademark Issues.
Both "types" share or are limited to the same technics, libraries, mechanisms and design rules like certain UI5-libraries, OData as the main Model within the Model-View-Container (MVC) concept, responsiveness of the UI...
SAP itself never mentioned any problem with naming or categorizing your app as a Fiori App, as far as I know. But to get some distance to the original SAP Fiori Apps its some common sense within the community to call your own App, which respects the mentioned technics, libraries, mechanisms and design rules, a Fiori-like app.

Hi Prakash,
If you are using the SAPUI5 mobile javaScript library and creating our app using the available components in the library. I think it is ok to call it a SAP Fiori application. SDK path https://sapui5.netweaver.ondemand.com/sdk/explored.html
But If you are using the BO Design Studio components to mimic the look and feel of a Fiorui App.
. I think you should call it a SAP Fiori like app.
