Diferences in procedure rapid activation blog and SAP ... Move To Production Strategy

Hello gurus I have activated Fiori for S/4 at my development system following the instruction at rapid activation https://blogs.sap.com/2021/11/03/sap-fiori-for-sap-s-4hana-activate-sap-fiori-in-1-day-or-less-the-v...

Afterwards I found SAP document SAP S/4HANA 2021 Fiori Rapid Activation Transport Move To Production Strategy when I was mostly interested in moving my activation to QAS and PRD. Sadly most tasks are yet to be done at subsequents systems of the landscape... but anyway I found differences between tasks lists that should be run. So let´s take a look

So which one is right? Am I missing something if I pick one or other tasks lists? Thanks for clarifying.

BOTH are right!

As in the PDF the activation of following task lists is mentioned in Chapter "3 PREREQUISITE settings":

SAP_BW_SETUP_INITIAL_S4HANA

SAP_ESH_INITIAL_SETUP_WRK_CLIENT

The last tasklist SAP_FIORI_FCM_CONTENT_ACTIVATION is only relevant for the activation of customer specific roles, so it is an option as follows:

• SAP Standard Role
  Use SAP_FIORI_CONTENT_ACTIVATION
• Customer Role
  Use SAP_FIORI_FCM_CONTENT_ACTIVATION
