Did not receive activation e-mail for new S-user ID

Hello. We previously created the S-number  . However it seems that no email has been sent to activate the account. We've also tried the "forgot my password" option.

Can you resend the activation email for us again ?

According to KBA2490845 - New S-user ID did not receive a Welcome e-mail to set their password - SAP for Me - SAP fo..., If the newly created S-User does not receive activation e-mail , please have the user contact SAP ID Service directly by sending an e-mail to sso@sap.com and they will work directly with the S-user to set the password.
