Development not in synch with production - Transport Import Options

Dear Friends,

If transport has to be imported urgently across a landscape [including production] and if development system is not in synch with production system, can change be first done in Sand Box, Can sand box captured transport be imported across landscape including production.

If yes, please let me know the steps,

and \ or

if there are any other feasible options which can be considered.

Hello,

if the target system is in the same transport you can do nearly everything with forwarding a request (in STMS, import queue > Request > Forward), and if not, you can copy data and cofiles into the transport directory of the target system and there add it to the import queue (Extras > Other requests > Add). Actually, there is hardly a situation in which the import of a transport order is not possible.
