In transaction OPJH
Residence 1 time is set to : 36 months
Residence 2 time is set to: 0 months.
during preprocessing stage ,i've entered a closed order entry and one that surpasses both residence time 1 and 2.
When I execute the preprocessing, I get the following error message in my spool job log file"Order....: 10****2 Residence time 1 not exceeded"
Any advice on what to do?
