Where can I how get a desktop agent for MacBook?
What is a VDI actually?
Request clarification before answering.
Hi Minh,
As of right now, there is still no Desktop Agent available for Mac OS X. It is only available in Windows OS.
A VDI is a virtual desktop infrastructure. It's a dedicated user environment that works like a virtual machine allowing you to download software and access it remotely from your physical computer. This environment is specifically a part of your IT infrastructure. So, in summary it means if you're using a company laptop it's recommended to ask your IT admins or managers for access to a VM hosted in the company landscape, specifically one that runs Windows OS to download/use Desktop Agent.
