Design Panel fields not appearing in Analysis office

Hi

We are facing an issue with the Analysis office, when we try to run reports in Analysis office some of them are not showing the fields in Design panel, when we refresh it for the second time then the characteristics and key figures are showing up in the design panel

We are using 2.5 version of Analysis office,

can someone please help to find a solution

Have you patched up to the latest SP for Analysis Office 2.5? Maybe try to update to 2.6? Which version of Excel are you using?

I'm using office 365 - 64 bit. Currently we do not have upgraded version of Analysis office.

Only few of the reports are showing this behavior of not showing up the fields. Others are working fine.

I'm not opening any saved bookmarks, I'm directly connecting to the system and running the reports, but only some of them are having this issue.

Hi - I recommend that you update to the latest SP of Analysis Office 2.5

There's also trace functionality you can turn on to review the issue
